We first hired a 7.5 tonne horse box from Hire-Trek so my wife and daughter could attend a para camp for a weekend. They had problems working out how to use the heating, so Hire-Trek sent someone to explain and check it was working. Great service.
After this experience we decided to do a long-term lease on a 3.5 tonne Equinox. We have had no issues with this vehicle and have had it a number of years, travelling many miles to local competitions and at present we are attending para internationals.

I am currently hiring an Equi-Trek Sonic horse box, which I have for 3 years. I have found both Chris and Claire amazing to deal with, from the first email contact to today, they have been great. The box needed an MOT and a recall. I contacted Chris about this, he booked and paid for this, I just turned up, which is exactly what I want. I just want to drive it and not deal with other problems!
This is my first horse box, having always had trailers in the past. It's easy to load, I can manage on my own without any help. It's really easy to drive and park.
